Florida’s Agency for Persons with Disabilities requires the two courses for certification in Supported Employment seen at right. Access begins immediately on purchase and expires automatically at the same time of day at the end of the course access period. There are no refunds, credits, cancellations, transfers, or extensions provided, regardless of whether you started the course or not. There is one test attempt per purchase. Test resets after starting the test are not permitted per agreement with APD.
APD has set the passing score as 85%. If you do not earn a certificate, you are permitted to repurchase the course and retake the course and test. You must complete and pass both courses and receive both course certificates to be considered certified in supported employment. Complete each course one at a time, in either order. Do not take both courses at the same time. The course content and test questions were provided by APD.
